Making It a Routine or Habit

Getting on a scale and making my new weight loss goal. Many weight loss programs say to weight yourself once a week, I do it daily. It keeps me on track.
Selecting a workout and having the equipment ready ahead of time can get you motivated. Variety of exercises CDs makes it fun and not boring. I am a visual person, when I see it I can make it happen. So I plan ahead.
After working out for 60 minutes in the morning, the body needs nourishment. I then prepare my Herbalife nutritional shake with protein, and I am ready to start the day. Throughout the day hydration, H2O, is very important, so always have a full, big cup, ready with water. Also, in between my morning shake and my lunch (meal) I drink either a Herbalife tea or a fiber drink. And between lunch and dinner shake I have my Herbalife Rasberry tea with mango flavored aloe for energy. The afternoon becomes long without energy. I drink it sometimes in a wine glass, it gives me that ‘happy hour’ effect.
Working 8 hours sitting down our bodies get more tired than if working out. So for 1 minute (60 seconds) do some sort or cardio
or stretching exercise.
Put timer on phone for 60 seconds.
Your body will thank you for it.
Example: My arms were stiff so this is the workout I picked for after my first hour of sitting at my desk. Put timer for 60 seconds. Works wonders. And you just did arms!
After drinking the Herbalife Rasberry tea, and I finished working, I feel like burning more calories,
even if it’s just 15, 20, or 30 minutes.
Depending on my energy level. I love to dance so this is the cardio I picked.
Well, this is my daily routine, 5 days a week. I run once a week. While I am exercising and doing my
